Hometrack offers flexible payment options and transparent billing policies to ensure a seamless experience for real estate professionals.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Online Invoicing: Available for brokerages and high-volume clients.

Billing Process

  • Payment is required at the time of booking, but your card will not be charged until the day of the service.

  • For high-volume clients, we offer monthly invoicing with net 30 terms.

  • All transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: Please notify our office by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. Appointments scheduled outside regular business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) are also subject to this fee if canceled before the scheduled time. This policy ensures fair compensation for our photographers and recognizes the team's effort in coordinating your shoot. Thank you for your understanding.

  • No Refunds: Once the shoot has taken place and the media has been delivered.

  • If Hometrack fails to deliver the expected service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may be eligible for a reshoot or service credit.

Late Payment & Fees

  • Payments for invoiced clients are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • A 5% late fee applies to invoices past due by more than 7 days.

  • Accounts with unpaid balances beyond 60 days may be suspended until payment is received.

Discounts & Promotions

  • New Client Discount: First-time customers receive 20% off their first booking.

  • Bulk Order Discounts: Available for realtors or brokerages booking a high volume of listings per month.

  • Referral Program: Earn discounts or free add-ons by referring new clients.
