Follow this checklist to make your property shine in photos:
Exterior Preparation:
Close any open windows to maintain a neat appearance.
Park vehicles on the street or in a closed garage to keep the driveway clear.
Rake the yard and remove any leaves or debris.
Remove children's and pet toys from the yard.
