  • Cancellation Policy: Please notify our office by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. Appointments scheduled outside regular business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) are also subject to this fee if canceled before the scheduled time. This policy ensures fair compensation for our photographers and recognizes the team's effort in coordinating your shoot. Thank you for your understanding.

  • No Refunds: Once the shoot has taken place and the media has been delivered.

  • If Hometrack fails to deliver the expected service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may be eligible for a reshoot or service credit.
