File Formats for photos and floor plans

This document provides essential information regarding the availability and formats of your photos and floor plans after your shoot. Please read the following details to ensure a smooth download process.

Your photos will be available for download from your portal before 5 PM the day following your shoot. The photos are provided in two sizes:

• Print Size

• Web/MLS Size

Both sizes can typically be used for your MLS listings.

If your gallery contains more than 150 photos, you will receive an email containing a download link that will grant you access to your photos. Additionally, you have the flexibility to manage the email addresses that will receive this download link; you can easily add or remove addresses as needed.

Furthermore, you have the option to download your photos either with your logo or without it. After you upload your logo, you can select its placement on the photo, choosing from the center, the lower right corner, or the lower left corner, according to your preference.

Your floor plans are available for download from your portal in the following formats:

• PDF

• JPG

Please ensure you download the appropriate formats as needed for your requirements.
