How to Download & Open Your ZIP File
1. Download from Hometrack
To download your ZIP file, click the download link provided in your email or client portal. Save the ZIP file to your Desktop or Downloads folder for easy access.
2. Extract (Unzip) the Files
Windows: Right-click the ZIP file, select "Extract All," choose a folder, and then click "Extract."
Mac: Simply double-click the ZIP file, and it will unzip automatically.
3. Access & Use Your Media
Upload the extracted files to MLS or your websites.
Share the files with clients via email or cloud storage.
Edit the files as needed for your specific requirements.
Troubleshooting
Can’t open the ZIP file? Consider using WinRAR (for Windows) or The Unarchiver (for Mac).
