Options for Unsatisfactory Photos
If you find that you are not satisfied with your photos, we will do the following:
Reediting of Photos: We will gladly reedit any photos that do not meet your expectations. Our team will work closely with you to understand your preferences and make the necessary adjustments.
Reshoot of Property: If reediting does not resolve the issue, we are prepared to return to your property for a reshoot. We aim to capture the best possible images that reflect the true essence of your listing.
Full Refund: In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied after the reshoot, we can offer a full refund of the shoot, provided that the photos are not used for marketing purposes.
