This document outlines the Inclement Weather Policy for appointments at Hometrack. It is essential for accountholders to understand the procedures in place to ensure a smooth experience during adverse weather conditions.

Policy Overview

Appointments will generally proceed as scheduled, except in cases of severe or hazardous weather. This policy aims to provide clarity on the responsibilities of the accountholder in the event of inclement weather.

Cancellation Procedures

In the event of pending inclement weather, it is the responsibility of the account holder to take the necessary steps to cancel their appointment. To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, cancellations must be communicated no later than 5:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Exterior Photography Options

If the account holder chooses to proceed with their appointment despite inclement weather, they have the option to purchase and schedule a Residential Exterior Photo Shoot.
